Attendance is limited to 15 and the facilitation is done by an ADC™ consultant. Workshops run 1 1/2 days in length, reviewing department financial performance, industry benchmarks, a mini ADC™ course, best ideas and open discussion.

There are currently 2 workshops for service and 2 for parts, held in the fall and late spring.

Choose which workshop you would like to attend, service or parts or both. Each workshop will meet twice (2) per year , once in the fall and then in the late spring. Each membership entitles the member dealership to send up to 3 persons to each workshop.

Continental breakfast is included for both days and lunch for day 1. Airfare and hotel arrangements are not included but are available through ADC™ at discounted rates.
